Please note that visits to FAB are by appointment only. We want to ensure that each patient receives our full attention and the best possible care, which is why we do not accept walk-ins.

Convenient parking awaits you at FAB! We offer free customer parking as we are based at Lowther Road shops.

For your convenience, FAB accepts payments via card or bank transfer. While we do accommodate cash payments, please note that we are unable to provide change on-site. 

At FAB, we value both your time and ours. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be liable for up to 50% of the total fee. However, we understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients and make the most of our schedule. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in helping us provide the best service possible to all our patients.

Please note that booking fees at FAB are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans may change, so we offer the flexibility to transfer your booking fee once, as long as 48 hours notice has been given.
